Subscription still Inactive after steam purchase.

Purchase 30 days subscription on steam, but subscription Status is still Inactive. Need Help. Steam name: Collagold Swtor name: Collagold

Support said they dont see an email from you as yet with the steam screenshots, be sure to send that in

Will check the account for issues with swtor support when they are online for the day, and have your email

response will be in about 8 - 9 hrs when they are online
