Subscription won't activate

I purchased a month subscription with PayPal, and it said wait an hour for the conformation email. After waiting for over an hour, there is no email. My account still says Free-to-Play. What should I...

    I think so , just try with a different web browser too just to be sure its not a browser issue

    It sounds like the transaction didnt occur at all

    edit - maybe retry the subscription again (with a different web browser)
