If your account has been suspended due to suspicious activity it may be a simple as a cartel coin purchase or something done that looked weird.  It happened to me once and a quick call to customer service fixed the issue for me.

See db woodynz post here with a link to numbers and how to use skype if you have it.

Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc.

Another option you can do which can get the issue resolved thought it may take a few days longer to fix is to email SWTORAccountDisputes@bioware.com and in the subject of your email include:

    • Suspended Account – Star Wars: The Old Republic – AccountDisplayName

and then in the body of your email include:

    1. User name
      • This is your EA ID, PlayStation™Network Online ID, Xbox Live gamertag, or game-specific username.
    2. Detailed info that includes any error or notification messages that you saw.
      • Tell us what’s going on and why we need to take another look at the action that we took on your account.
    3. Email address that's on your banned or suspended EA Account.
