I have a problem that my swotor account email address has been deleted. The email provider has stopped operating. How can I change my swotor account to a new email address?
I can't log into my swotor account.
call swtor support when the lines are open, they can assist further with updating the email
so there is no other way to contact support than call to them?
Not to change the email address on the account, that is phone only
You can also email mailto:support@swtor.com to contact support, however they will ask you to call to be able to change the email address on the swtor account, it cant be done any other way
The email change can only ever be done once per account due to loss of access to the email, after that the account will not be allowed to change the email address not even over the phone
Best to update the email on the account before losing access if you need to update again
