SWTOR : Didn't get the togruta I bought

    Yes

    If you claimed the unlock to the inventory of a character and then deleted that character before using the unlock then you will need to send the email to support@swtor.com to get the unlock back

Thank you, i am currently doing it but I had 1 answer and then nothing.... but I will update here with what is what as soon as i have a concrete answer.

So,

After I send a second message, they just activated togruta to my account. (It took just half an hour)

I strongly suggest you write to support if you have the same problem, and that you insist if the problem is not solved in 24hours.
