SWTOR 90-day Game Time Code not working

I bought a game 90 day time code from Amazon, and when I went to redeem the code on the site, it said there was a verification error and when I erased it and went to redeem the code again, it said the code had already been used. SWTOR wont accept my cards and steam is known for not working for subscriptions i already reached out to support but i dont know their timeframe
