SWTOR Cartel Coins not put on account

I purchased a 2400 cartel coin card from Amazon. When I tried to enter the code on swtor webpage it gave me the following error

SWTOR Error

The directions on amazon said to redeem at https://www.ea.com/redeem. The code was accepted but I do not have my cartel coins.

Help please.

    @jmurf67 

    Send the code in an email using the same email address you have on the swtor account to support@swtor.com, so they can check the code 

    edit: swtor support will also require the email of the purchase showing what was bought too
