I just installed the game, and I reset the mission/phase. I tele'd out to a hub and back and still nothing. The reddit post you linked says there are 4 panels, I found all 4 panels and can not click on any of them. Not sure what else to do other than uninstall and give up.
Even though I just installed the game I will run a repair. I'm not trying to be "that guy" but how on earth does this game not have a customer support option for free to play players? I mean I bought the game when it first came out, and I've made in game purchases. What kind of message does this send to new players? You can't even access the forums without paying for a sub.
