SWTOR crashing my computer one certain part
The game only crashes on one certain part of the new eternal throne story line, I haven't got this problem with any other characters.

Hi, can you give more information about crashing, like in which moment it crashes, how it crashes, are there some lags before crashing?
There is no lag beforehand, After being stranded on korriban with empress accina and killing minister lorman you head back to odessan to intercept ex chancellor suresh, the mission log says enter the war room, it has the green shield on the door and when I step foot inside it crashes will loading .
knights of the eternal throne ran smoothly, the new eternal throne storyline was working fine up until this point, any idea?

Have you tried a repair ?
Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner.If this is NOT present, With the new launcher after login , select the username pulldown on the top right and select settings, then press repair.Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut,select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcherI have deleted the bitraider folder and still nothing worked and it wouldn't let me repair from the launcher, anywho heres my DxDiag
The dxdiag is showing the below error which is listed as a hardware error if you press the windows key and type reliability and open the reliability history you should see it

Your using a Intel 620 the latest driver listed is at this link and is different to what you have installed
yours 21.20.16.4542 latest listed is 15.45.14.4590
Edit - i just crosschecked against your CPU i5-7200U to be certain - Link ver 15.45.14.4590
Now the intel cards are certainly known to have issues, the part you are having an issue with lower all gfx to low and retry , then put settings back, will need to do this for all problem areas.
