SWTOR Download Stuck On 99.99%

I am a SWTOR player and played since a long time but this is the first time this problem happens to me.

The minimum download has Completed and i pressed the 'Play' Button and started the game, although the full download didnt complete so i played with starter characters and finished and still the download IS DAMN STUCK ON 99.99%!!! This problem pissed me off....it had been like that for up to 3 hours without moving. I tried lots of suggestions but none of them helped me. What should I do please?

    Not knowing what you have tried

    Remove and re-add the exceptions for both launcher.exe and swtor.exe to the antivirus and firewall exception lists 

    give the PC a reboot for good measure

    then right mouse click on the game shortcut, select open file location , delete the bitraider folder then start the launcher

    Edit - if a patch folder exists when the launcher is closed, delete that as well
