SWTOR download stucks at 33.79

Im trying to download the game for the first time but the launcher downloading stucks always at 33.79%. I´ve already shutdown my antivirus and still nothing. I think we are already in versión 7.4.1 acording to the Patch notes on the launcher.

most causes are either the destination drive is full or it is the antivirus/firewall

sometimes when you think the av/firewall is disabled it truely isnt, the processes need to be ended in task manager to be sure
