SWTOR email change not happened

Hello guys,

I have a problem with my SWTOR account. I bought the game in 2012, and registered witha  citromail.hu domain mail, but last year, I had to change due to high montly fee introduced. I changed my email to an gmail.com domain, and got the verification links all setup correctly, but after that I forgot to login with the launcher and test it, as during that time I played no more this game. Now when I try to login using the display name and password I get asked a One-Time Password on my email address, but probably the change was not happened so I not get any mail, and maybe the old, no longer available email is still there as destination. Meantime during the Originin -> EA app change I lost the game from my library as well. Support saw the game on my EA profile but still not see on my game library. I had to change another gmail.com mail, due to some unwanted duplicated profile (probably during when I registered it for SWTOR and NFS World parellel), but now I managed to merge the two EA account into one, so no longer separeted, but still on SWTOR website I have to use the old Origin password to even login, but after that I stuck. No game in launcher due to email change probably and no webpage available without O-TP access. What can be done now, to not lose my old progress from 2012-13?

Note: I found my original 3 DVD box edition installer with CD key from 2012 and have the original email registration email archives from the my old emails, up to 2023 february when I updated my email address.
