F2P originally get to level 50 only
if you subscribe for 30 days , you get all the expansions included and able to level to 70
once the 30 days is up you drop back to preferred and still retain access to all the expansions and able to level to 70
not bad for one off fee of $15.00 in my view, of course you can remain a subscriber if you want the extra character slots etc
