SWTOR FAILS TO LAUNCH
Launcher opens fine and accepts password and optional encoder number. The launcher then advances to where I can press "Play". At that point the launcher closes but nothing happens not black screen ...

I did a complete reinstall that did not correct the issue. Please find the attached dxdiag report.

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 17134) (17134.rs4_release.180410-1804)has reached end of life , use this https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10 to update to the latest windows version and you should be ok to play afterwards

17134 was released 10 july 2018 and has now reached end of life
My attempts to upgrade to the latest version of windows 10 has met with constant failure. But that's an entirely different thread in a different forum. I tried at least 8 times today alone.
what is it faulting on ?
The Update Log for Windows 10 update 20H2 indicates error 0xc1900101
