Just to confirm you cleared out any other Chapters from your mission log?
Is the current mission not letting you proceed since she is not in your companion list or what does the mission advise?
Did you set both the mission and active phases or just the mission itself?
Resetting the mission is from the mission log but resetting active phases requires you to go to like the fleet for example and then right click your character portrait and choose reset active phases.

I only have one mission (1/25) in my log, the Chapter mission that I seemingly can choose freely between those 3 I've finished and the 4th that I'm supposed to be on. All the other missions I have abandoned, hoping it would work (it did not).
Yes, I can't proceed past the water-part of Chapter IV where it says "Speak to Lana", because she does not tag along at all, and is not in my companion list. The cutscenes work though. But she doesn't become a companion like HK and Hoth both successfully do. In chapter III, where she is supposed to be given as a companion, there is no mission objective to speak to her in the world, it always cuts to a scene, and I was able to solo the whole chapter without her or any other companion, since they are not introduced yet.
I've reset the mission from the mission log. I've also forced "overwrite" by choosing other chapters. I just logged in and tried to reset by portrait, but there is no active phase reset option after I exit area (and end up in Fleet). I do however see the active phase and local phase when I right click portrait inside the Chapter, but I obviously can't reset while inside.
I really don't know what to do. Ticket has been Open for two days, no response from Customer Service yet.

Ok I just wanted to dibled check everything.
It may take them using your ticket to fix. Unfortunately because of the issue with subscription and cartel coin purchases going on right now they are oeobprob being bombarded with tickets so the large volume may mean taking additional time to get to.
If you have submitted it, they will get to it.
