Thanks for the help. There were approximately 8 hardware crashes from the last crash, 6 from 7:05 and 2 more at 7:06.
Did this start before updating the Nvidia driver ?
The 141 code is video hardware however it can be driver related, and you do have NvStreamUserAgent.exe crashes in the reliability monitor
The cortana crash is referencing the Intel video driver as cause
Few pathways I would look at
First is monitor temps of CPU and GPU , if overheat is occuring then multiple failures can occur.
Disable the Nvidia Streamer Service in Windows Services
Few other things to try (not all at once)
Try an older video driver version
Place the game shortcut in compatibility mode for Win 7
Ingame settings place grass to 0 (see the known issues sticky at the top of this forum, just in case single cards are getting this again with win 10)
System wise
go to dell (link) update the bios to A10 (you have A04) this has a fix for a bsod under windows 10 and was released on 15 Jun 16
If still problematic go back to the dell website
use DDU (link) to uninstall both the Intel and Nvidia drivers
Then install just the video drivers from Dell support site fresh and see if any change
best I can suggest at present

Thanks! I will give this all a shot a little bit later this afternoon or evening.
This all started happening before I updated anything and continued after the updates.
It looks like the crash reports I sent were from before updating drivers and it is not showing any dated after the update, not sure why.

I have the same problem and it also started showing up around 19/7/16 even though i had the game installed for ages and played without problems (mostly) until then. Now it freezes or shuts down my screen (and at least audio doesnt respond after this as well, so this is probably not a screen problem). It doesnt happen all every time though, and i have no idea what makes the difference between succesfully raiding for 2.5 hours yesterday's evening, and crash in 5 minutes before and after that. Any help will be appriciated!
