SWTOR Hide head slot is bugged

Good Day!
I want to report a bug:
I preordered SWTOR loong time ago, and played it before it became F2P, then you gave me 1 year of subscription. After that year was expired i moved to another server.
Now i'm back and see this:
Both "Hide head slot" and "Unify Colors" are turned on and blocked at the same time.
It happened to all my characters on that server.

    Unfortunately this is a known bug.  At this time these are the only options in order to fix this issue:

    1. Sub for at least a month to gain access to disable them then remove the sub once setup
    2. Purchase the Hide Helmet slot authorization and Unify color's authorization from the Cartel Market or GTN for that character or your whole account to gain access to change them.  Hide Helmet is 280 for one character or 775 for your whole account and Unify Colors is 210 for one character or 775 for your whole account.

    You can also email suppport@swtor.com and see if they can switch the setting for you, however I do not know how long the response time will be and if it can be done via the email.
