Star wars old republic banned for week and still banned

Dear ea i am have real issue with star wars old republic my account was banned for week and stil banned i did not know going on i call the custom service all told me is something fruad account i did not why i used vista gift cards to get my scrib and cartel coins i did not what is going please help me

Some Swtor account issues can be resolved by calling swtor support, however if the sanction has violated the Swtor Account Terms of Service then you will need to email mailto:[email protected] as the EA account dispute process cannot deal with swtor account sanctions apart from redirect them to Swtor

I’m sorry you’re having to deal with this after expecting the suspension to be over by now. Unfortunately, we’re not able to review, investigate, or make changes to bans through the EA Forums. If you believe the ban should have ended or was applied incorrectly, you’ll need to email [email protected] so the appropriate team can review it. I know this can be frustrating, and I hope you’re able to get an update on your account soon.
