Login failed error on website - Returning player

Hello everyone,

I am a player from Brazil and I don't speak English, so I am using a translator to write this post.

I played SWTOR a long time ago (before the recent age verification rules in Brazil) and now I want to return to the game.

I was able to recover my Display Name and successfully reset my password. However, whenever I try to log in on the SWTOR website, I get a generic error: "Login failed. Please try again." I haven't even tried logging into the game yet; I'm completely stuck on the website.

Another issue is that my account has a Security Key (Two-Factor Authentication) linked to an old phone that I no longer have access to. I was trying to log into the website specifically to remove or change this Security Key, but the site won't let me past the initial login error.

The standard instructions say I need to call support, but I cannot make international calls due to the high costs from my country and the language barrier (I only speak Portuguese).

Is there any way to fix this website login error and remove my old Security Key without having to call? Could this be related to my EA account link or the age verification system?
