SWTOR keeps hard crashing my PC. Only a SWTOR issue

disable the intel video card and just have the gtx970 with the toshiba tv if that is what you use normally for the monitor, and see if any change 

also press the windows key and type reliability and open the reliability history and see if anything is listed crash wise  , the dxdiag whilst it shows crashes occurring the reports are blank for some reason

i haven't tried disabling my intel card yet because i run my tablet through that hdmi port but when i checked reliability nothing seems to actually crashed

this is all that i can see having happened.
The ONE thing that stands out is "myphone.exe" stopped working on 2 occasions but it's not consistent. i've disabled myphone in my windows settings.

I'll try unplugging my tablet but i never had this issue before with it.
I wanted to reply with the reliability info first to see if you had any thoughts

edit: i forgot to state that the reason windows was not properly shut down is when SWTOR crashes, i can do nothing but press the reset button my pc.

if no good maybe worth trying an inplace repair per https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html

just means need to do windows updates again 

There are not alot of options except checking hardware after this 

I`ve disabled the intel onboard and did everything else that was recommended but i`m still having an issue where my computer doesn`t hard crash anymore but my graphics will crash but the game will still be running and return to working order after 10-20 seconds after the crash.

it`s better than being completely booted from the game and only being able to press my reset button but i`m really puzzled by this issue.
I tried running other games i have in my library, which include many modern games which much much higher system requirements and had no issues playing for several hours.

This seems to be strictly a swtor issue as i checked my reliability history after my latest crash and i see nothing at all out of the ordinary.
Whatever this issue is, windows just isn't catching it all.

Not really sure what to do but at least i can play the game without being booted out of a warzone even though i am unable to do anything for 10-20 seconds whenever the game seems fit to crash.

I just did a test and it did this to me twice, once during play and once during the scoreboard in the same warzone.

This is just bizarre behaviour that i have never experienced before at all.

my PC literally never crashes unless it`s swtor

I just did the DDU fresh drivers and so far the game is running okay.

Played for about an hour with no crashes.
