So I was doing Chapter 9 or KotFE and choose to get in a relationship with Lana after the Cantina scene. Then I opened companion tab and checked, yes, I've officially in a relationship with her. Then...

To maintain the Lana Romance the content needs to be completed in the correct order KOTFE, KOTET, Nathema, Ossus , not doing in order breaks the romance
