SWTOR Launcher stuck at Installing 0%

Hi good day, I've had a copy of swtor for a while now but I stopped playing for a few months, came back and updated the launcher only to have it stuck at 97.63% downloading Main Assets 1, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, updated launcher and all and now its stuck at "Installing 0%              Minimum Download in Progress               Ready to Play" with the Play button greyed out, I've tried everything advised on the net before I uninstalled the game, flushed the DNS, changed the settings from BR to SSN, nothing's seemed to work, is  there any way to fix this and get my game back running again? Please help me rectify this, I want to be able to start back playing with my account as soon as possible, thank you.

    @Hachi9376

    You should be able to do a clean boot with br , the exception would be to leave the bitraider services enabled

    One symptom 0% using BR can also be the bitraider mini support service stub loader isn't started in windows services

    @Hachi9376

    just turn the router/modem off and on , that's all that's needed.

    I added another cause of 0% download with bitraider (BR) below,  offhand if SSN  stopped at 96.83% I would look at the antivirus

    Bitraider is known to stop at a high % , Bitraider is being used when you can see ST on the lower left of the launcher as your images show

    Restart the router once is enough, turn it off and wait i'd say4-5 seconds and turn it on again.

    that should clear the line.

    and I would follow the other steps from Proxos666

    @Donvinox @proxos666 hey guys, so i did the router reset and also i checked the windows services and the Bitraider service was disabled, once i enabled it, the game downloaded and installed with no problem and was able to play again :3 🙂 thanx so much for all your help, checked my mail in game and saw an email about a character was deleted and stuff so i have to go thru that later on, thanx again for all the assistance guys :eahigh_file:
