SWTOR Launcher to Client initialization.

I recently have had problems with the launcher say that there was a client error. I had called in earlier to customer support. I uninstalled the game like the person said, and I re-installed it following his instructions; to include disabling my firewall. However, when I pressed play on the launcher the pop-up box came up again saying the following:

"This program encountered an internal error and will exit.

Error Code: C1

Client initialization failed."

I have no idea what else to do.

    I will.

But, I have some good news. After following your directions in getting my Intel drivers all updated and all my other drivers updated, I ran the program last night and it downloaded 5.9.3. I pressed play, and low and behold it worked! Once I loaded my main, it prompted me to update to the newest graphics settings. I'm going to closely monitor this for the next week just make sure I'm in the clear.

In retrospect, my problems started shortly after I activated the public test server about 2-3 weeks ago.
