When i try to login it says login failed. I had an authentication key, but the app reset itself. There used to be a prompt for missing it, but I don't see it anymore. I really don't wanna lose this a...

If the removal instructions dont work per http://help.ea.com/en/article/swtor-security-key-faqs/
you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open, they can remove the key manually to allow you to reset the password, as login failed when leaving the key blank indicates a bad password
