@proxos666 so i connected to the us on the vpn and i ran the cmd again and this time there was no losses so lets hope this vpn actually helps if not ill try using my phones data, ill let you know how i go, thanks for all the help broter

Same may work for the VPN , try using it to get the play button lit , then disconnect it so it uses your home internet again ? may work not sure to be honest though

Hopefully it will come good eventually , test once a week and see is all i can suggest ( check after your IP address changes on the modem too )

least you know what is going on now
