issues arise if the accounts arent linked before purchase or if the swtor account is disabled for subscribing
@proxos666 I have the same problem but with another DLC called "Join the fight" bundle. I live in Australia, and i've messaged support and they told me to call them over the phone. But I have no idea which number of the country I need to call in order to get my issue resolved. My EA Account is the same email as my swtor email as well.

Steps I've taken
-Sent Screenshots of Purchase History, Steam ID.
-Reset EA Account Password
-Notified EA Support

Pardon my experience with calls (Domestic or International). Do I need to dial all those numbers to call it, or is there a method I need to take to make that call.

Yes all the numbers , the 0011 is the Australian country dialout code
Check your mobile phone plan too some have free calls to the UK and US etc already, vodafone plans for example usually have free calls to tier 1 countries
lines dont normally open until midnight qld time and close around 9am
