SWTOR Master's Datacron Lost

Send an email to support@swtor.com and provide swtor username, server and the character.

Explain what occurred and request the item be supplied. 

It will take likely around 5 days to get a response, but if not sorted correctly pop back here and advise.

So I got an email response telling me they can't help me because i'm not a subscriber, so I call the support line they told me to use instead and that feeds me an automated message about not being able to help with in-game issues and to instead use swtor.com/support WHICH IS SHUT DOWN NOW. There's got to be some confusion.

EDIT* Turns out they need to update their automated messages.

i think there is likely some confusion occurring, what is your swtor username just in case this EA account isnt tied to the swtor account.

Whilst character restores are usually subscribers, the matter of the datacron is slightly different.

@EA_Kat thoughts ?
