See if alt+enter forces it to correct (not alt + tab)

otherwise try creating an edid override with just 60hz listed https://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-Custom-Resolution-Utility-CRU

Alt enter does not work but I'll attempt to do that edit override. I'll update this once I try it.
Edit:Proxos, as always you are a life-saver. Thanks very much for the help, the override did it!
