I logged into my account today wanting to play and I can't get past the server error and I don't know what's going on

loggin issue
I cannot access my EA/SWTOR account at all. Login fails with "Login failed due to invalid captcha". The captcha does not appear. Password reset and one-time password do not work. Please help ...
