First thing to try would be to deactivate the Win 10 Gaming modus (Its under Settings from Windows).

Ensure you have the below windows update applied for Win 10
- Crash on Loading with Windows 10 Creator - MS Patch July 11, 2017—KB4025342 (OS Build 15063.483) (Link) has fixed this issue
Except that all update have been applied.
Running on windows 10 pro creator, always checking for all update accross systems.

Have you tried turning off game mode etc ? - Link
Edit - see you have done that
Can you attach a dxdiag per this link , see if any crash reports
I am running Win 10 Creator here with no known issues

Edited my previous post
Have you looked in the reliability history for any crash reports ?
Yep sometimes it's related to kernel but sometimes the is nothing in windows crash reports.
And this is only happening to swtor.
No other games have troubles, BF1, BF4, race car games etc....

Kernal error only makes it difficult
I guess you have doubled checked temps ? swtor does make a good stress test more then people think
You have played on a clean boot too ? tried disabling bitraider per this link to take it out of the mix while troubleshooting ? (is a new game download but it is what i use on win 10 too)
Always use prime95 and some kombustor, OCCT test on every systems ^^
Clean boot
Clean OS
Clean installation
Those crashes came from nowhere...
I hate bitraider patch mode i always make the installation in SSN mode.
