You can try deleting the games cache file called diskcachearena it is at C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars-The Old Republic\swtor and run the game repair in this link
My initial thoughts on what your describing is it isnt actually a game file issue in windows 10, this sounds more system level, whether that is driver or hardware is the hard part.
What to do from here with nothing to point too apart from a game freeze , my thoughts is need to start eliminating what it isn't, if you have other systems swap the memory sticks for example.
Maybe run a in-place repair per this link to refresh windows files.
I would definitely take another look at temps, like play in window mode and monitor the temps and see if it seems to get to a certain point before something occurs.
Just because other certain games don't exhibit an issue doesn't mean there isn't something underlying as the cause.
All this is very difficult to diagnose over a computer screen, wish I had a more definitive answer but a game total freezing is something else again.
Yes i know that this is weird.
Normally temps are never over 50/60°C
I'll try to clean swtor Cache. But question, is deleting cache work either on SSN and BR mode? Because a friend as the same type of problem but he's running on BR mode.
By the way thanks again for your help, i hope some users could refer to this topic in the future.

The diskcachearena file is common between both patch methods , SSN and BR are just different patch methods to get the same game files
