The number on the page you linked me was the number that I called. If CS did not perform it correctly, it must have just been miscommunication. The associate was very nice and understanding, but it was hard to hear him, and although he repeated my log in name about 5 times, it was hard to know if he actually said it correctly.
I think it is best to call back and say you need to remove the security key (not reset a password)

Alright, I will try that tomorrow. I told them that I need to remove my security key, but they said the only way to do that was to reset my password on the Origin App, since I was not getting the "lost authenitactor" button on the website.

sorry that happened @skulspike92. I believe there might have been some miscommunication on CS end and I apologise for that. Please do give them another call and I am sure they can remove the security key and you will be able to get back into the game.
