8 years agoAlright, I will try that tomorrow. I told them that I need to remove my security key, but they said the only way to do that was to reset my password on the Origin App, since I was not getting the "lost authenitactor" button on the website.

8 years agosorry that happened @skulspike92. I believe there might have been some miscommunication on CS end and I apologise for that. Please do give them another call and I am sure they can remove the security key and you will be able to get back into the game.
