I do not know what would cause this.
If you are in a position too , it is likely best if you give CS a call and see if they can sort this for you
Try another browser. I currently use Google chrome and I see the link. Make sure any add ons are disabled, clear cookies and cache.
If it is still not working you will need to call customer service as per the above information.to have them manually remove the security key.
Still can not log in and tne ''skype'' call do not answer... :-( I don't know what to do... Can this problem be fix by another internet connection? Thanks for the help...😃
I would try different browsers such as Chrome, Internet Explorer / Edge, Firefox. I attached a screenshot of what you should see when you enter your Display Name and Password and then click login when leaving security key blank.
It finally works...! I've had to completly restart my internet connection... 😃
