SWTOR Server List Empty (Error 4001)

So, the other day I loaded up SWTOR, only for the server list to be completely empty. I had played the day before with no problems, and the only system change between the two was a Windows update to Windows 10 v1709. Using a Lenovo laptop, running Windows Defender firewall and antivirus. 

Things I've tried:

Reboot

Clean Install

Flush DNS cache

Removing/readding firewall exceptions for swtor.exe, launcher.exe, and the bitraider client

I've not been having internet connection problems, so it's not that.

For reference, here's what the swtor logs say:

ERROR Invalid response received from platform for getShardList request. Status code: 0

WARNING HandlePlatformFailure with error type 4001 : PLATFORM_ERROR_EMPTY_SHARD_LIST

Any thoughts?
