swtor site down to sub ??

account was working fine 6 hours ago went to log on, said i went from sub to non sub which shouldnt be correct, tried logging onto website to fix issue and get this error messege from website as in s...

Same problem here. Was sub a long time ago but now it's impossible...Just got error again and again....Username is Glaystal....

You have another EA / origin account linked to your swtor account and that has the persona glaystal and it uses a live.be email address , you need to login on that EA / Origin account and reset the password to restore purchasing on your swtor account

  yes took a couple of hours to fix on there side but all good now!

  Try with incognito mode on chrome can be a browser cache issue , will check if account is ok too

  @ReaverCore-6 i just reset the password using a really old email and somehow now it works.... sorry for the trouble
