Swtor steam subscription not activating

Hi, I bought a subscription yesterday, but it does not even plan to activate itself, although it was written that it is automatically activated after purchase, help solve this problem   ...

    This issue is still ongoing, I have sent a mail to support along with the screenshots and tried what @proxos666 has suggested however none of the suggested help work, will I be able to play the game or is going to take time resolve ?
