Swtor STEAM subscription not working
Bought a subscription on Steam, but its not activated in game. Accounts linked, send an email at SWTOR support but there was no answer (Email is send from adress used with my SWTOR account). SWTOR...

Is it trough? I can try sending it from other email address (but then it will be not the one that SWTOR account bound to)
Support should be emailing you some instructions shortly, let me know if you dont have them after say 30 minutes

my swtor username is Freksodoya Support said they replied and advised you needed to call when the lines are open to resolve the account issue you have
Can only suggest using voip or skype , someone can talk on your behalf if their english is better as long as your their to provide answers etc
Calling is the only way to get this swtor account fixed i'm afraid

Im having the exact same problem as everyone else. I tried to buy the subscription through swtor website so many times, didn"t work. Tried to buy it through steam and steam took all my money, while giving me no subscription. This is ridiculous, I just want to subscribe to the game. It should not take me 3 hours to navigate and figure out what to do for something so trivial.

recommend not to try purchasing until you know how to resolve the account issue

Have flagged to check the account and they can see your email , response will be in about 3 hrs when support are online for the day

I'm another victim of this issue.
Steam said it's all fine and dany while blaiming EA/SW:Tor support. I've already sent and email to [edit: email address removed] without any reply.
My account name is: Grimuald, linked with steam same email, name etc.
You will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

When i checked they couldn't see an email from the email you have attached to the swtor account , have the screenshots handy when you call and ask to upload to a case due to the email not arriving

Hi, on May 31 I made the purchase of the subscription through Steam, as I did not receive it I sent them an email. Then I called support by phone and after the call they sent me an email with instructions. I sent the screenshots on Wednesday June 1st as it said in the email they sent me after the phone call. But I still don't have any answer, it's been several days since I sent the email, I would like to know how long it takes to get an answer?

I am unable to check here until Tuesday due to a bank holiday for support , however email response should not be longer then say 48 hrs normally
