Unintentional Cartel Coin Purchase

I accidentally made a Cartel Coin purchase and want to be refounded  I have contacted the SWTOR support team via email at support@swtor.com to request a refund.

I just wanted to post here in case I can have other way to get in touch beside the phone number and the mail and I hope the mail helps track my request. I haven't used the purchased coins, and I'm hoping the team can help resolve this quickly.
