Swtor STEAM subscription not working

Have you requested an EA / origin account deletion in the past , swtor support cannot locate the linked EA account for that swtor account
ultimately deleting the ea account breaks the swtor account per https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/close-ea-account/

i did not do such a thing it is a new account.
The swtor account "betbotw" is not a new account, and it seems you did request the linked EA account to be deleted , that breaks the linked swtor account permanently
You need to create a new swtor account and linked the steam id again to the new swtor account and send in the proof of purchase for the steam purchase again per the sticky
