I have made an email about, received the 500cc from the subscription, but I didn't get any gametime ingame, you know what problem it is?

Just Subscribed via Steam again and sadly same as before Game time not reflecting at all.
I did email support again but since its the second time this is happening I thought I post here as well.

I sent to support the screenshots and info a few days ago, but no answers.

You need to call swtor support when the lines are open , to fix an account issue
when you call have the screenshots ready and ask to upload them to a ticket whilst on the phone

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona ismallederkrigen (not xy4atvvsj3d5 your posting on now) that EA account uses a Yahoo email
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
When i checked support could not see an email from the swtor account email , try resending using that email first and let me know when sent and can check again if it arrived ok

Okay email sent but my Swtor mail and the EA mail you told me to reset are different will that affect things? i have sent one from each email now
