Swtor STEAM subscription not working

Bought a subscription on Steam, but its not activated in game. Accounts linked, send an email at SWTOR support but there was no answer (Email is send from adress used with my SWTOR account).  SWTOR...

no mail seen

try resending the email using the email on the swtor account , let me know when sent and i can see if it arrived ok

    Email still didnt arrive , log into help.ea.com , you will find ticket 102821847 

    upload the screenshots to the ticket and let me know when done

    gametime has been added , be sure to cancel the subscription on your steam account , it can be redone when the current gametime is over
