not sure what happened with your email in the system , it seems to be gone ....
log into help.ea.com there is a case 103607846 created there to upload the screenshots too , let me know when that is done and will followup with support for you

game time has been added , you should be good now , dont forget to cancel the subscription steam if it is still active , it can be repurchased after the gametime ends

A friend and I both bought the new legacy of the sith collector's edition on steam, but neither of us have gotten our sub time or benefits from the package. We sent the email to support but haven't heard back yet, it hasn't been super long but I want to make sure our requests have at least been put into a queue.

hi m8 I'm also having problem with my sub for swtor i did contact support with some ss i did linked my steam with ea, on all sites it is a same email adress but still ingame i dont have sub

so i went into private browser mode and the error for not being able to sub on swtor website is gone so could i just subb again on here? and get a refund for the steam sub

Is it possible to get a steam refund for the sub I paid for and didn't get via Steam?

Hello, I have sent an email to support, but I am just covering my bases here. Purchased the 6mo sub on steam in December and it still has not gone through, swtor.com website also doesn't let me sub, says there is an error - proxos6664 years agoHero+

Purchased Collector's Edition. Subscription not working and haven't received any content in game
Username is CaptainAshZ. Steam is shown as linked on SWTOR website.
Have sent email from matching account email address but wanted to cover more ground here as well

@proxos666 I am having similar issues, bought 30 days of sub time through steam and didn't get the time. how ever was able to get 250 cartel coins through steam.

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona toastedgreninja (not Kywrexx your posting on now) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

Support sent you an email yesterday ? they have asked you to follow the directions in the email
swtor support cant issue refund for something bought through a 3rd party like steam, in these cases you do not give the money to swtor rather to steam.

can you resend the email using the email address on your swtor account , when i checked your account support could not see an email from you
