hi m8 I'm also having problem with my sub for swtor i did contact support with some ss i did linked my steam with ea, on all sites it is a same email adress but still ingame i dont have sub

can you resend the email using the email address on your swtor account , when i checked your account support could not see an email from you
let me know when resent and i can recheck if they can see it

Still nothing and what is your toghs about to try to buy subscription from site if I do that I can also there not to get subscription then Im losing 2 months of subs

until you fix your account you will never get gametime no matter how many times you post here ......

I have resent the email. My initial email was from the account used on swtor account only

Probably it has been marked as spam, same thing happened before and had to call customer service to sort it out as it had been accidentally added to spam folder

I did get answer from support they say it is all done they did added 1 month of subscription and 500 cartel coins so later will check all that
