Purchased Collector's Edition. Subscription not working and haven't received any content in game

Have sent email from matching account email address but wanted to cover more ground here as well

- 4 years ago@proxos666 Update on my end for others to see. Made the call at 15:30UTC. They sent a code to my email to verify identity, then they opened a ticket, then emailed me again with a screenshot request asking to reply with screenshots. I replied to that email at 15:43UTC.
As of yet, no change to my account. Still down as a free account, and no items from collector's edition. I'll report if anything changes. - 4 years ago
7 hours later from the phone call and still nothing on my account.
I'm astounded they haven't pulled the purchase options from Steam so they can deal with this obvious backlog.
More and more players are buying through Steam, receiving nothing, and having to do the same dance as all of us.
