Swtor STEAM subscription not working

@proxos666 I am having similar issues, bought 30 days of sub time through steam and didn't get the time. how ever was able to get 250 cartel coins through steam.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona shaidern2 (not shaidern your posting on now) that EA account uses a Yahoo email
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Support have suggested you call after sorting the ea account as likely faster to get the gametime added at present

Why do I need to reset the password for an account that is not linked to my main email and my SWTOR account? I don't remember the email address of this account.
Account linkage is permanent and done on account creation https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-account-linked
no gametime can be added even by support whilst the linked ea account is disabled , it disables purchasing as well
if you do not recall the yahoo email used (likely the email used to create the swtor account) then call swtor support when the lines open they can update the email on that account
