Support said they found a swtor account bigag and there are no issues with that account 

They also cant see an email from the email used on that swtor account per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message

The screens you attached here are missing the steam id screenshot so be sure to include that one

User name is bigag

it's under a different email. The emailed associated with my steam account is different than the email associated with my ea account for star wars the old republic. my steam account email has that email that was sent to me. steam account email is [edit: email address removed]
