SWTOR Subscription - Game Time Code not working

Hello,
 
I bought a 90-day Game Time Code through Amazon and to activate the game time through the code. 
 
I successfully purchased the game time code and then tried to use the code on the SWTOR website. When I tried first, it gave an error that said: "A validation error has occurred while trying to process your request." I went back to the site to retry the code but then it said the Code had already been used. I refreshed the SWTOR website but I still did not have the subscription. 
 
My SWTOR Account is:  KingDeathII

    Have flagged your account name for feedback as to account issue , should have a response in about 10 hrs at the time of this post

    to speed things up can you email that amazon code into support@swtor.com via the email linked to the swtor account

    Support said your account is ok now, just need the code to be emailed into support@swtor.com so they can add the gametime.

  • I ended up calling customer service, gave them the code and they 'escalated' it to another team but its been a full day and I haven't heard back from them. Do you know why its taking so long?

    @stickarena123 

    some issue on the account, preventing the game time adding, It has been escalated to the studio , hopefully it will be sorted today for you
