We're you logged into the game after or before you added the pack? Try logging out again and then back into the game.
If that doesn't fix it you will need to call customer service. More then likely something didn't fully trigger and they'll have to fix it there since they cannot fix account issues via the forum.
Other option you can try would be to buy a sub with credit card then cancel it. It won't charge you since you have 59 days left in your sub from the code you redeemed. If you don't want to do that or it still doesn't fix it, you can contact customer service using the information below:
Simply set the country to U.S.A and you can call them for free

Thank you for your fast reply. I tried relogging a lot of times, and it doesnt work. Is calling the support the only way you guys can help me out?
- Belgorad10 years agoHero (Retired)For account related inquiries yes. Becsuse of security purposes they would need to verify your account which can only be done via phone.
The other option is to setup a recurring card in swtor.com and choose a payment plan, verify your a sub in game then cancel it. Since you have 59 days from the promo code you entered it shouldn't charge you.
But other then that calling would be the only option and especially if you don't want to setup a recurring subscription.
