SWTOR SUBSCRIPTION AND EA ACCOUNT PROBLEM
Hello guys i have the problem with subbin on my swtor account I get this msg. There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance. I reseted my password on EA and still nothing happened. I got banned like half a year ago on my apex legends account but I cant belive my whole ea account was banned and now I cant use my star wars account. Can someone help? 🙂
You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @Nooodle2-D, there is nothing else you can do in this situation.

- Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Fill out any other details below.
- For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
